This is for sure a hidden gem of a wine farm the nature and just natural beauty is incredible. The small team is super friendly and this farm offers value for money. The home-made onion marmalade is also a must try we can’t get enough of it and the wine is great!!

We did not use the accommodation. We did a wine tasting, which was a great experience. Nico was very friendly and knowledgeable and his lovely personality made the experience out of this world. The road to Mooiplaas is bumpy and "sinkplaat", whichbadded to the experience. A sedan is all you need. The winery is serene and breathtaking. Thank you!

This was the second time I hosted my birthday party with Mooiplaas. Two years ago, we had their picnic baskets, and they were amazing. This year, we had their cheese platters, and everyone was so impressed! Once again, the team went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and happy. The wine was great! I would highly recommend hosting a celebration here as the food, wine, and location are stunning! Big thanks to the Mooiplaas team!

Went to Mooiplaas to celebrate my wife's birthday with a few close friends and it was lovely. We did a cheese board picnic and the cheeseboards were filling and affordable. The wine is very affordable and there is quite a large range to suit everyone's taste. I will definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking to have a relaxing day outside with snacks and wine.

Excellent wines. Affordable tasting. Possibility to enjoy a 5.6 km nature hike. Personal attention. A welcome change after visiting a couple of large (commercial) wineries.
