About

DeMorgenzon Stellenbosch is a winery in Stellenbosch located along Stellenbosch Kloof Road. Our estate spans 45 hectares of vineyards set across a 90-hectare biodiverse garden, where classical music plays throughout the vines. The vineyard slopes rise from 200 to nearly 400 meters above sea level, looking out toward False Bay. We produce wine ranges including Reserve, Maestro, and DMZ labels alongside estate olive oil. Guests can select their own wine tastings featuring varietals like Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, and Syrah, complemented by lunch platters.

This place is my absolute new and utmost favourite winery of all times! With the breathtaking view, and the excellent assistance from Tamzin and her team, there couldn’t be a happier guest than I ! Defiantly one to put on your Cape wine tour, the quality of the wine is very good, the tastings are good value and the host is so knowledgeable, taking time to explain the differences between the wines. A wonderful old building with amazing views, great location to enjoy a glass or two.

Visiting DeMorgenzon was an absolute treat. It is such a stunning location to enjoy delicious, beautifully crafted wines. Ken and I felt very lucky to be looked after by Anthony, there very talented winemaker and to have the opportunity to meet Wendy. Every wine we tasted was exceptional, and both the lunch platter and olive oil were delicious. Thank you for a truly memorable experience.

Beautiful wine farm in a gorgeous garden setting. Their Chardonnay is excellent and well priced. Their Syra is v good. What I like is that you can tailor your own wine tasting from their selection. I also tried their reds which were all good.
