The wine tasting was simply fantastic! The landscape was beautiful, with a stunning view of the vineyards. The owner was very friendly and explained everything with great passion. The wines were so good that I ended up buying two bottles right after the tasting. It was a wonderful experience that I highly recommend!

We would recommend the accommodation 100%. We spent six nights here and if you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you, as there are only three lodges right next to a huge pool. This means it is never crowded. From the lodge you have a marvellous view over the pool into nature. The breakfast was also of high quality. Our stay was rounded off by really great hosts, a huge thank you to Jaqueline for her incredible hospitality and also to her husband, who gave us a great tour of the wine cellar. The town of Stellenbosch is about 10 minutes away by car.

My husband and I went for a wine tasting. The tasting assistant was not very engaging, but we got to talk to the manager which was very interesting. The wines are delicious!

Overwhelmed by the beauty of this “hidden” gem. Please keep a look out for the two owls sitting in the tree on the deck. 4 options to taste , Chardonnay , Pinotage Rose , Estate Pinotage , Syrah. My favourite is as the Pinotage Rose which is not a norm for me. Although we could not taste it - we worked away with two bottles of Chenin Blanc. Was a spontaneous pop in - that we did not regret.
